Saved Views

As a default, Tend has a couple of default "saved views" that populate the information in your dashboard in different ways.

Identified Contacts (Default View)

This view includes contacts who have been identified, usually by entering their email address on a form on your website. The contacts are sorted based on the time/date they were first identified.

This is useful when you want to focus only on contacts who have entered an email on your site. (Ie leads, customers or contact requests).

All Contacts (Alternative Default View)

This view includes both identified contacts and anonymous contacts, sorted by the most recent visit. This a live, chronological view of everyone visiting your site.

How to create custom views

When you change the setting on any view, you’ll see the dropdown button text change to “Save View”. Click this button and you can save any combination of settings you want.

You can save any configuration on the Tend dashboard as a “saved view”. Saved views allow you to quickly return to a configuration by clicking the view dropdown in the upper right corner of the dashboard.

To create a new view, just change the configuration of the dashboard and click “Save view”.
